Your membership dues help support our organization's mission to make a positive impact in our community. We appreciate your generosity and support!

Napa Moms does not want membership dues to be a financial barrier for any person wanting to join Napa Moms. We have a scholarship available, please select "yes" when answering the financial assistance question below.

1. Membership Term:

Upon signing up for a membership with Napa Moms, the initial term of the membership will begin on the date of purchase and continue for one year (the "Initial Term").

2. Auto-Renewal:

Unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below, your membership will automatically renew at the end of the Initial Term and each subsequent term (each a "Renewal Term") for an additional one-year period.

3. Renewal Notification:

You will receive a notification of the upcoming renewal at least 30 days prior to the end of the current membership term. This notification will include information about the renewal date, the upcoming membership fee, and any changes to the terms or conditions of membership.

4. Membership Fee:

The membership fee for each Renewal Term will be automatically charged to the payment method on file, unless you update your payment information or cancel your membership prior to the renewal date. The fee for the Renewal Term will be the current membership rate in effect at the time of renewal.

5. Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your membership at any time before the end of the current term to avoid automatic renewal. To cancel your membership, you must notify Napa Moms in writing, via email, or through the online member portal at least 30 days before the renewal date. If you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of the current term, and you will not be charged for the upcoming Renewal Term.

6. Refunds:

No refunds will be provided for the remainder of the membership term if you choose to cancel after the membership has renewed.

7. Agreement to Terms:

By signing up for a membership with Napa Moms, you acknowledge and agree to these auto-renewal terms. Your continued membership after the renewal constitutes your acceptance of the renewal and the terms and conditions in effect at the time of renewal.

The Holly Bloom Memorial Fund

Napa Moms is a non-profit organization and is supported solely by membership dues and donations, however we understand that these dues may be prohibitive to some. If the financial requirement is holding you back from joining us, please join and request financial assistance.

Napa Moms is here to support all moms, regardless of financial situation.

Private Facebook Group

About 95% of our communication is done via our private Facebook group. In order to get the most out of Napa Moms we recommend having a Facebook account to interact with all members, ask questions, get advice, and meet other moms. We have many members who have created accounts, with minimal information to maintain privacy, just to gain access to important club information, playgroup schedules, and event invitations.

Community & Friendships

We send a monthly email newsletter to all members so those who are not on Facebook or not as active in the Facebook group can stay informed about events like Family Picnic, Spring Celebration, Childhood Expo, and Harvest Celebration, along with regular activities like weekly play dates, and monthly Moms' Night Out, Book Club, and Mom Walks. Other highlights include Member of the Month, Sponsor Spotlights, and Meet The Board.

NAPA MOMS is a member-led, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that strives to provide a supportive community for families to share meaningful experiences, resources, and friendships.
